We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the website at any time and without notice if we believe you have breached these terms.

All product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are as accurate as possible. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation email.

Product availability is subject to change. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or dispatched.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing.

We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@xzeabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued via the original payment method.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrance products unless they are defective.
